Apple service is sooooo disappointing

apple makes a great product... but your customer service fucking sucks. I can't refund my bumper because I bought it from non-apple store and it's been more than 30 days. That means I can't even return it to it's store because I exceeded the return policy period. If they had this free bumper program started a bit earlier this wouldn't have happened, but they didn't, even though they were well aware of it. I called apple store and apple online customer service and they can't do anything about it. The sad thing is that they don't seem to be apologetic at all. It felt like they are very arrogant. WTF apple... wtf.
